How will the 2009 stimulus plan be distributed? I am looking for an itemized list of how much money will go toward each department etc. I found a list that says that 170? billion will go toward working people and 40? billion would go toward unemployment/food stamps/medicaid etc…..I cant seem to find that article again, [...]
