I am not getting a refund this year for my federal taxes, so how can I get my economic stimulus refund (0) by direct deposit instead of a mailed check? Should I put my bank account routing number on the 1040 form even though I am not getting a regular refund?

I havent still got my stimulus refund. My ssn#54 which was scheduled on may 9 and i filed in e-way. Is there something im missing. who i need to call.please your help would good for me.
