Has anyone received your government stimulus rebate yet?
The IRS says it will start direct deposits this Monday, April 28th for people whose Social Security Number ends in 00 through 20. I fall in that number range, I had my income tax direct deposited so the stimulus check should be direct deposit as well. But no deposit as of 10am. Any one get theres yet???
My check was deposited April 29, thanks everyone!

i fall in there too and i haven't had it deposited yet either and my banks shows right away so i don't know…

I believe at first they said checks would be direct deposited between May 3 and 9th for people who's SS #'s end in 00 to 20. Since then they have moved the date up to April 28th to start direct depositing. So if they had a 5 day grace period before, I'm sure they still have 5 day grace period now. Try waiting until the end of April or 1st couple of days of may to look. No reason to give yourself gray hair before you need it worrying about it. Also, remember it's a government agency and everyone knows how slow the government works. Ours falls in the 00 through 20 range too. But no money yet. We actually called the IRS and they said that we would have it by Friday. Its not there yet though. I did read that they will make deposits on Tuesday and Wednesday and Friday this week as well. Good Luck.

I'm in the same boat too and I haven't gotten mine direct deposited as of 1:40 p.m. I just checked out the IRS website and it says that they will be "starting" to deposit the checks on April 28, but the schedule table says it will be "deposited by" May 2. Check out the link given in one of your previous answers below. That is where I saw this info.

Yes, the rebates have started to pay out today. However, not everyone in the first wave will be receiving the rebate today. Only 800,000 people will get it today which is only about 10% of those in the first group. Then another 800,000 will be paid tomorrow and Wednesday. The remaining 5 million people from the first wave will be paid as scheduled on Friday May 2nd.

We fall in that range too. I hope it will be deposited tonight at Midnight. I wish they had a thing on the web-site for the stimulus package like they do for your returns "wheres my return".

I am at the very beginning of this group and have not received the deposit. Hopefully I will by Friday! I agree that there should be a link to find out EXACTLY how much you are getting and EXACTLY when you will get it. It would be nice! However, I guess we cannot ask for too much since we didn't have to do anything 'extra' to get this deposit (ie. file another tax form)….

i think it's really interresting that i've not heard of one person receiveing the mysterious stimulus monies… 2 days after it was supposed to begin! not even on TV have i heard anything about someone actually GETTING it!
