I am on disability and filed a 1040A for the stimulus rebate check. How can I find out if they recieve it?

I want to know how I can find out if the irs have recieve mine 1040a form. I went to the site but can't find any place to find out if they recieve it unless I had a refund but because I am on disability I didn't owe or got a refund back. I just did it for the stimulus rebate check.

If you mailed it in you should have sent it return receipt for an extra $1 in postage. Just wait until when you are supposed to receive the check, if you don't get it past the date then you can contact the irs via phone. I wouldn't try to call now they are probably really overwelmed and you might be on hold for hours.

they are to busy to put up with you trying to find out if they got it or not! When you get a check you'll know they got it! If you dont', you can call sometime when they aren't so busy and find out then! Where do you think it's going to go? If you mailed it to the right address they got it!!!!!
