What happens to my IRS stimulus if it got sent to my old address?





I contacted the IRS today and they informed me that my stimulus check was sent to my old address. I went by my old address and it wasn't there. I tried calling the post office but they are closed for the day. Any advice?

    I am going thru this now, the post office said they would forward the check but they sent it back to the IRS instead. So now I have to call IRS to update my address and they will resend to me.
