Dear myersjohn: The Tax Stimulus hot line # is 866-234-2942. You can also go to http://www.irs.gov/stimulus, enter your Soc. Sec # and some other info to see how much your payment was for last year. If you did not file a tax return you will not get a check. If you qualify for the Stimulus you can get it this year when you file. Enter the amount on line 70 of your 1040.

1-800-829-1040. They can look at your account and determine if the stimulus was allocated to you and applied to some debt.
If it was never allocated to you (or was reversed), then your only option is to see if you qualify for the rebate recovery credit on the 2008 tax return.
